A New Experience

Cupitt’s have introduced a guided tour of their vineyard, coupled with a tour of their wine cellar, beer making and cheese making facilities. The culmination of the tour is a tasting of their wines and cheeses.

They will explain the varieties of grapes best suited to this south coast region, the growing process, harvesting, cellaring and bottling. You will hear about the fermentation process and the decisions made by the the winemaker in the crafting of their wines. Similarly the crafting of their beers. Then the cheese making process.

The ‘Tour & Tasting’ experience will take about an hour commencing at 11.00am.

The Bannisters Pool Bar is open to the public from 6pm each day (although they will also welcome you during the day if the pool bar is quiet with guests, worth checking). The location on Bannisters Head is spectacular, the food is great pool fare (pizzas and salads are favourites). They also have a good wine list and a cocktail menu to match.
