Cupitt’s Restaurant Extensions & Al fresco deck

Cupitt’s Restaurant extensions designed to provide maximum viewing over the vineyard and lakes as a compliment to their ‘Fine Dining’

The Cupitt family are to be applauded for the magnificent well designed extensions to their restaurant and adjoining Al fresco area’s. Whilst still retaining the intimacy for fine dining they have taken every advantage to capture the wonderful rural scenery looking over the vineyard and the back waters to Burrill Lake.

The Rise to Prominence!

The Rise to Prominence!

.

Seasoned Mollymook ocean swimmer Bobby White returned from an inspirational trip representing Milton Ulladulla at the International Rotary conference held throughout this past week in Sydney.

Having rubbed shoulders with many International dignitaries and inspired by stirring speeches from the likes of the Prime Minister of Australia (whose own dad Dick was a Rotarian), the Premier of NSW, numerous motivational speakers that included a Para-Olympian plus international cricketer Brett Lee etc – Bob returned home filled with enthusiasm on his plans to make local Rotary relevant in the 21st century.

Bob is the current Milton Ulladulla “President in waiting”. His coronation into the top honcho’s job will take place among invited dignitaries on June 24, 2014.

At his 1st press conference, Bob opened up to the young reporter with some of his ‘left field’ plans. It is his intention to hit the road running and wants to leave a legacy of being a ‘Change agent’ in his endeavour to re-invent Rotary in the Milton Ulladulla area.

Cupitt’s Kitchen Restaurant – Special occasion celebrations

Special occasion celebrations

.

Cupitt’s is special! The Kitchen Restaurant is set among grape vines, gardens, gentle undulating country with the Angus cattle grazing on lush green hills, picturesque Burrill Lake backwaters in the background, an adjoining sandstone cottage (circa 1860’s) adjacent for wine tasting and the Budawang mountains in the distance. Perfect for ‘Foodies’.

Its hard to imagine that this amazing property is only 2 klms west of the Ulladulla sea port and harbour. Not only does chef Russell Chinn  create many fine dining dishes, the menu is regularly changing according to the seasons and quality of produce available explained owner Rosie Cupitt.

What is not hard to imagine is the reason so many brides choose Cupitt’s for their wedding and reception as do many locals to celebrate special occasions. Four birthdays in March was the excuse for our celebration and the setting could not have been more fitting. And the food? Exceptional!
