Maverick Coffee House is a locally owned and operated coffee roastery and cafe located in Ulladulla, near McDonald’s, Furniture One and Betta Electric.

They roast their own imported beans on site. You can enjoy your coffee at the Roastery/cafe or takeaway. They also provide a selection of Teas, Hot Chocolate, Brewed Chai and Decaf. Plus they provide a light selection of sweet treats, daily fresh wraps and sandwiches and Avocado on olive sour dough. Freshly roasted coffee beans also available for purchase.

Coffee connoisseur’s rank Maverick’s coffee with the very best available in the Ulladulla area. Highly recommended by tourist to the area and locals, also refer to the excellent reviews posted on Google and Facebook.

Maverick Coffee House is open Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 2.00 pm and Saturday’s from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon.

The Little Marionette Coffee is now available in Ulladulla at CRAFT, 137 Princes Hwy.

Craft are now serving ‘The Little Marionette’ coffee. It is prepared by trained and experienced barista’s, Glen and Madalene.

All beans are roasted using a vintage Probat roaster. It’s a labour of love which delivers, not only great tasting coffee, but that distinct Little Marionette flavour.

Craft coffee is available Monday to Saturday from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm and Sunday’s from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm

New owners have taken over this great coffee shop. They have been busy making upgrades such as taking over the adjoining shop and making the whole area ‘NATIVE CAFE’. Increased seating along with the magnificent position overlooking the harbour retaining the same popular ‘WILL & Co’ coffee and wholesome food menu.

Breakfast: Sample menu; A ‘Kickstart bowl‘ with scramble eggs, avocado, beetroot, baby spinach and kale. ‘Brekky wrap‘ with scramble eggs, seared ham, baby spinach, cheddar and more. ‘Bonza bircher‘ with oats, apple, yoghurt, nuts, raw honey and much more

our bread
As the name says, our bread only contains three ingredients – organic flour, purified water and sea salt. Our organic bread is authentic sourdough as we use a natural leaven. We don’t add baker’s yeast, or anything else you wouldn’t expect – we believe good bread should be made using the purest of ingredients.

We keep it traditional – our artisan bakers cut no corners when it comes to their method: Shaped and moulded by hand, our breads are left to rise for hours in willow baskets and baked to produce authentic European handcrafted sourdough.

We believe in using the best ingredients available to us – no shortcuts. We source products from suppliers that are like minded and respect their product and take pride in what they are doing. Where we can, we use local ingredients, and sometimes we are even lucky enough to be given home grown produce from customers, whether that be a laden apple tree or herb garden. We respect the seasons and what the farmer has in abundance, we turn into delicious jams and preserves.
