The Cupitt family are to be applauded for the magnificent well designed extensions to their restaurant and adjoining Al fresco area’s. Whilst still retaining the intimacy for fine dining they have taken every advantage to capture the wonderful rural scenery looking over the vineyard and the back waters to Burrill Lake.
Cupitt’s Kitchen at Cupitt’s winery is the only local fine dining restaurant to be awarded a hat at the 2015 Sydney Morning Herald ‘Good Food Guide’.
This result saw them become the first South Coast winery and the first of any southern Shoalhaven eatery in the past 10 years to receive a sought after ‘hat’.
Rosie commented that the recent awards received by Cupitt’s was testimony to the family’s commitment to showcasing local produce. “We try to make coming here a regional experience in food and wine”. Their next addition will be the availability of their own craft beers to compliment their wine and food.
