Grant and Sam shared their personal experiences in regard to mental health and mental health awareness with the key note described by Monica, “That we are not alone, we are all touched by it and there is bucket loads of love and support to be shared”. Moni also mentioned that “We don’t heal in isolation, but in community” and this is the aim of our third ‘One Wave’Event.

Mark the Date – Friday March 24, 2017
Moni passes on this message: “The next ‘One Wave’ event has been scheduled for Friday March 24th. This one is special. It will celebrate the 4th anniversary of the very first ‘One Wave’ event hosted by the boys from Bondi. This one will be slightly different as people will be wanting to get to work. Grant and Sam are asking ‘One Wave’ communities everywhere to all gather together on the same morning to remember those that we have lost to suicide and those suffering from mental illness. We are aiming for the longest chain / linking of hands along our beach. I am sure, with the incredible community that we have, we can gather enough love and energy to show the longest line of support ever recorded by One Wave”.
