Special 70th Birthday Celebration Catered for by Tallwood Restaurant
Visitors travelled from interstate to celebrate June B. 70th birthday. Her children arranged for Executive Chef Matt Upson and his Tallwood Restaurant staff to cater for this momentous occasion at June’s Mollymook Beach Waterfront residence.
They chose a variety of June’s favourite delicacies from the Tallwood menu that included: Portuguese Fish cakes with Saffron Mayo, Clyde River Oysters, Tallwood Seafood Paella and a dish of tender lamb rump. Accompaniments included a variety of vegetables and sides including roasted ‘chat’ potatoes and honey / thyme roasted pear salad. The food was absolutely magnificent with so many flavours and the servings were so very generous. Desert was a magnificent chocolate cake ‘to die for’.
All dishes were delivered on time, with no fuss which made June’s special occasion a memorable one honouring this special lady.
