.“Vanessa & Anatolij moved here from Sydney some years ago after many years of running the famous Mrs Top at Marrickville. They’re only open a few nights of the week & are usually booked out months in advance…. The menu is incredibly extensive for such a small restaurant & the place buzzes with a pleasant hum of convivial talk overlaid by the delicious aromas emanating from the small kitchen adjacent to the dining area – how Anatolij produces such excellent & varied fare from such a small kitchen is both a delight & a mystery”.
