Experienced operators, Ben and Erin Blair have opened a Central American style bar and casual dining outlet in Ulladulla, named ‘The Ruse’. It commands the BEST position in the area, immediately above and overlooking the picturesque Ulladulla harbour. 

Ben comes with the enviable track record having competed in numerous cocktail competitions, and having placed 2nd in the prestigious World Class (Australia wide) competition before moving down to the South Coast. Previously he has worked and managed everything from funk & soul night clubs to high end cocktail bars and restaurants throughout Australia and Great Britain.
