Moni’s story: After many years of practising yoga with toddlers, preschoolers, tweens, teens and emerging young adults all over Ulladulla, Mollymook and Milton, I am so happy to finally share a place I, and they, can call a home away from home. Thanks to the support of my awesome family, especially my very special tradesman, hubby and best friend for life who has poured his heart and soul into making this a very magical space. In July 2017, I opened the doors to Tidal Yoga in Milton.

Misson: To create a place to empower our youth, 18 years and under, for them to find the magic in the practice of Yoga and connection with self, each other, community and our very special Environment

Reflection: Six months ago the divine universe took my hand, no it slapped me in the face, and guided me into that inevitable place that I had been dreaming of for such a long time. That place is Tidal Yoga. At the same time my most amazing mentor Loraine from Zenergy Yoga called and invited me to be part of an incredible, inspirational and passionate family of children’s yoga teachers who she envisaged would put yoga and mindfulness for children on the map … and we have. We have smashed down barriers, we have broken down walls and today we completed over 225 hrs of training (plus some) over the past six months. There have been tears, laughter, lots of commitments, hours and hours away from our families and lots and lots of hard work. But it has all been for a divine purpose. To bring some peace, joy and stillness to as many kids and families as we can.  To follow the journey go to Tidal Yoga Facebook page
