For the health conscious, a day at Mollymook usually begins around 6 am. Some choose a workout in the gym, others go for a jog or a brisk morning walk, that includes climbing stairs, followed by a 1 to 2 Km swim, & concludes with coffee & cake at the Beach Hut cafe.

Chez adds: And don’t forget sipping our coffee in the morning sun thinking how lucky we are.
