DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. Mollymook Beach Waterfront accepts deposit payments by inter bank transfer or Credit / Debit Card.
The balance of the tariff is payable on arrival. (No cheques nor inter bank transfers for final payment)
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in is after 2 pm and Check out is before 10am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less a $50 administration charge. If the booking, or part thereof, is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund nor transfer of the booking. Similarly no refunds are available after occupancy has commenced. To protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may cause the cancellation of one’s planned holiday booking, guests may wish to consider travel insurance at the time they make their booking. COVID cancellations: Should the Government impose ‘lockdown rules’ preventing a guest from fulfilling their booking arrangements then they will receive a full refund of their deposit.
NOTE: Bookings made via ‘On Line Travel agencies’ (OTA) have their own cancellation policy as noted on their OTA site.
