Graeme’s words of encouragement

He told me this morning that: “70 is the new 50”:

I say try telling Goofy who is now 83, what about poor Mickey and Minnie at 87 or cranky Donald Duck at 81. Well I suppose 70 is better than in your 80’s

New Sweep in Training

Lenny Bolin has taken Kenny under his wings in training as the relief sweep for the ladies boat crew. Lenny got a little vex and told Kenny to keep his eyes off the ladies and onto the surf and prevailing conditions. To be a good sweep you must be aware of what is happening around you, not to be constantly looking at the ladies. Do you think they are models? They are rowers, said Lenny!
