Mollymook Beach Waterfront, terms and conditions
The ‘Terms and Conditions’ applicable to all bookings at Mollymook Beach Waterfront are clearly recorded on the back of each receipt as well as here on the web site for the benefit of guests prior to making their booking. These ‘Terms and Conditions’are set out (above) to ensure all guests have a lovely stay in our private accommodation free from parties and groups.
The Mollymook ocean swimmers are not an organised group. They are simply a number of local Mollymook Milton Ulladulla citizens joined by numerous other ocean swimmers holidaying in the Mollymook Milton Ulladulla area who enjoy an ocean swim each morning. They meet at the Mollymook Surf Club at 6.30 am and a 2nd group of longer distance swimmers at 6.45 am daily, throughout the year. (However during winter when the days are shorter we may start up to 15 minutes later, viz. 6.45 am and 7.00 am). There is no water safety, each person chooses individually whether or not to swim in the prevailing conditions and if so the distance they swim and understand they swim at their own risk. Most endeavour to swim in pairs or groups and numbers vary from 4 to 6 in the winter to say 40 during summer.

Crescent Heads – long boards and hanging TEN. Waves are not gigantic but nonetheless some rides are upwards of 2 to 300 mts. in length with an ideal shape for walking the board. Female board riders almost out number the males with the caravan park almost full daily.

Wow, just wow! What a great place to stay and recharge tired batteries! This was our first visit and it was beyond our expectations. From the welcoming courtyard to the amazing views, cosy comfortable immaculately kept apartment and that very very generous complimentary hamper provided – it was all that we needed it to be. Ken and June are amazing hosts and very friendly. There was a great folder of information on the area, restaurants etc, and information on how to use all the appliances. We stayed in the Whale Watch unit with uninterrupted views of the ocean from the lounge room, and the private balcony. We saw whales and dolphins on each day we were there, and enjoyed a very pleasant easy walk around the water’s edge. Mollymook is a lovely little town, but we didn’t really venture out – the apartment was everything we had hoped for, so we stayed there and just enjoyed the views. We will be back for another visit. We highly recommend Mollymook Beach Waterfront. Thank you Ken and June for providing such a great getaway haven.

At Mollymook Beach Waterfront one can enjoy the the big wave riders challenge at the Mollymook Kamikaze reef break & the Mollymook Crystals reef break.
Both surf breaks offer an exhilarating experience for seasoned surfers and neither are for the faint heart. Conditions require a strong southerly swell for optimum waves.
Guests at Mollymook Beach Waterfront can enjoy the fabulous views and action.

Mollymook Beach Waterfront were named best hosted accommodation at the 2017 NSW Tourism Awards held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney on Thursday November 16, 2017.
South Coast MP Shelley Hancock congratulated them, saying the accolades were well deserved recognition of the South Coast’s outstanding tourism offerings. She also explained how “Tourism is an important industry for the region and last night’s awards recognised the incredible work and expertise of these businesses that are contributing to the South Coast’s increasing number of domestic and international visitors”.

2017 NSW TOURISM AWARDS FINALISTS ANNOUNCED
Mollymook Beach Waterfront was today announced as a finalists for the 2017 NSW Tourism Awards.
Managed by the Tourism Industry division of the NSW Business Chamber and supported by the NSW Government via Destination NSW, the NSW Tourism Awards celebrate and acknowledge tourism businesses that demonstrate outstanding achievement throughout the year.
Complimentary mentoring was available to all entrants in 2017, with entrants being offered one-on-one feedback on their draft submissions to gain valuable feedback from industry professionals prior to entries closing. Other entrant support tools including regional and metro workshops and webinars were provided to assist entrants throughout the Awards process.
Executive Manager, Tourism Industry Division, NSW Business Chamber, Dean Gorddard said “Success in the Tourism Awards doesn’t depend on whether an operator is big or small. It depends on their vision, achieving their business goals and, as a result, the excellent way their tourism product or service is finally delivered. Congratulations to all the finalists for articulating their business and story so well.”
In 2017, there are 100 finalists across 26 categories recognising excellence from a range of tourism areas such as Tourist Attractions, Festival and Events, Ecotourism, Destination Marketing, Accommodation, Tourism Education and Training.
Minister for Tourism and Major Events Adam Marshall said the NSW Government was proud to support the Awards.
“The NSW Tourism Awards present a fantastic opportunity to recognise the high-quality products and world-class experiences consistently delivered by our industry, and I wish all the finalists the best of luck,” Mr Marshall said.
Winners will be announced at the NSW Tourism Awards Presentation Night on Thursday 16 November at International Convention Centre, Sydney.
Winners from 25 aligned national categories will then represent NSW at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards on Friday 23 February 2018 in Perth.
